Description
The mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) training is a group-based 8 week training, including 8-15 people, with 2.5 hour lasting sessions. The sessions contain experiential practices in which we (re-)discover our patterns, sharing of experiences, and psycho-education. In between the sessions, one is expected to practice at home for about 30-45 min a day, including formal home practices, such as a body scan or sitting meditation but also informal shorter practices bringing mindfulness more explicitly into daily life, such as eating or walking mindfully or taking a 3 min breathing space, and keeping logs. Science to date shows that a mindfulness training may lead to increases in mindfulness and compassion skills, while decreases in symptoms of distress/burnout, worry and rumination (among others) are being found.

This 8 week training takes place on Wednesday evenings, from 7.30-09.45pm, on the following dates:

Including a Silent Day on Sunday May 03 from 9.00am-1.00pm.
Costs
The costs for this training are 418 euros (or 438 euros when you get a reimbursement from your healthcare insurer).
