Description
Would you like to discover and/or reconnect to your values and purposefully set your intentions for 2026? Then this silent day might be especially suited for you. During this day, you will be immersed by practices based on mindfulness, (self-)compassion and acceptance. This silent day is open for everyone who has previous experience with mindfulness or other forms of practices, such as insight meditation, zen, or breathworks, for example.
Costs
The fee for this day from 10am-3pm is 175 euros (incl. VAT). Note: don't forget to bring your own lunch.
